Controlled Practice - A controlled practice session starts out with an equipment inspection and a driver's safety meeting.

Friends and family gather-round, as NCK President and Race Director - Dick Jamison discusses safety procedures and track conditions, prior to the start of the controlled laps behind a pace kart and under a yellow flag.

Ranging in ages from 16 to 70 years old, this may be the first time on a road course for some drivers, while other drivers may have experience and just desire to experience the track under tightly controlled conditions.
